Manufacturing and Construction Essentials
FREE, SHORT-TERM PROGRAM! Unionized construction and manufacturing businesses in Minnesota are looking for more trained workers. These jobs pay well and come with good benefits and working conditions. Our in-person and online services will help train and connect you to these jobs with specialized assistance that meets the needs of busy adult learners.
Enrollment & Eligibility:
- Be 18 years of age or older, not enrolled in a K-12 school, and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Individuals who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; individuals who are unemployed or underemployed; & women are encouraged to apply
